How-To Guide: Set Up a Custom GPT for Your Customer Service Work
Step 1: Sign up for ChatGPT Plus
- Go to chatgpt.com and log in (or create a free account first)
- Click your profile picture in the bottom left → "Upgrade to Plus"
- Complete the payment ($20/month). You'll be taken back to the main chat interface.
What you should see: The interface looks the same, but you now have access to GPT-4 and the ability to create Custom GPTs. Troubleshooting: If your company uses a shared ChatGPT Enterprise account, Custom GPTs may already be available — check with your manager before signing up personally.
